TRAINING AND EQUIPPING
Working with individuals, small groups and in larger formal classroom environments, I equip people to change and enhance their knowledge, skills and attitudes. I encourage people to grow personally and professionally. Learning opportunities incorporate innovative strategies and activities that are thought provoking and practical. The focus is on equipping children, youth, adults, families, teams, volunteers, and staff to see the strengths of their existing services, and simple strategies that create positive changes in their lives.
Learning and growth can happen face-to-face or on-line, in structured workshops or informal conversations, with large groups or one-on-one. I provide inclusive learning opportunities that meet the needs of a wide range of participants.
